How to use it?

First, install the primary key.

pacman-key --recv-key B286B7A87BE00E31 --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com
pacman-key --lsign-key B286B7A87BE00E31
pacman -U 'https://anirepo.anisan.online/x86_64/anirepo-mirrorlist-1.0-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst' 'https://anirepo.anisan.online/x86_64/anirepo-keyring.pkg.tar.zst'

Append (adding to the end of the file) to /etc/pacman.conf:

[anirepo]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/anirepo-mirrorlist
